Bill arrived promptly after his phone call. He checked out our dishwasher and explained clearly why we were having the problems and offered several solutions. When he explained that the costly solution would not extend the life of the dishwasher and it still might need to be replaced in the next few years, we decided to just leave it as is and use it til it dies. He put it back together charged me for a service call. Because of his very helpful service, I will have Seiter Services handle all maintenance on out heating and air conditioning as well as all appliances. I had a great experience with this company and staff member Bill.

"After all was done, the oven worked perfectly. The price was a little less than expected and Thanksgiving was saved from a real disaster. We are literally giving thanks for Seiter and for the courteous men they sent to rescue the day."

Our oven went out two days before Thanksgiving! We called the manufacturer's service line and they had us try a few things, which didn't work. I checked the heating coil myself and a few obvious things to no avail. Called everyone in town and Seiter was the only one open and available to come out. They arrived just when they said they would. Once they began working, they were able to locate the problem, which was a blown thermal fuse on the back of the oven. They also discovered a shoddy wiring job done by the original installer. After seeing the mess, we had Seiter rewire the circuit which was inside the island which housed the oven. After all was done, the oven worked perfectly. The price was a little less than expected and Thanksgiving was saved from a real disaster. We are literally giving thanks for Seiter and for the courteous men they sent to rescue the day.
