Seiter Services Wants to Replace Your Ancient Water Heater!

Is your water heater on the brink of giving out? Are you sick of showering and finding out that your water supply has dwindled away before you’ve barely gotten started? Is your water heater so old that you’re starting to wonder if it was invented by Benjamin Franklin himself? Whether your water heater is aging, faulty, or just needs to be replaced, the team at Seiter Services, LLC wants to take care of the job for you. And we want to do it for you for free! This holiday season, we’re giving away a brand new water heater, installed, completely free of charge. How? Seiter Services is looking for the oldest still-operating water heater in the city of Xenia and surrounding areas.

Here’s how it works:

If you or someone you know needs a new water heater, we want to hear about it. Follow these steps to enter for your chance to win:

• Fill out our contest entry form down below and tell your story as to why you need a new water heater this season. Include details about how old your water heater is and what has been going wrong with it as of late.
• Make sure you’re following Seiter Services on FaceBook.
• On our Facebook page, you’ll find a social media post about this giveaway—simply share the post to your feed to help spread the word, and you’ll be entered!

The contest is open for entry between Friday, November 27th, 2020 at 12:00am (Black Friday) and December 22nd, 2020 at 11:59pm. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, December 23^rd on our Facebook page, and we will contact them on that day. The installation will be completed during the first week of January, 2021 (January 4^th through the 8^th). The winner will receive a perfectly-matched water heater that’s sized to their home, completely free of charge. That includes the cost of installation labor!

The Fine Print

Our giveaway is only open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older. Contest open to customers in the Miami Valley within a 25 mile radius of Xenia. It’s a large area, so don’t hesitate to submit your entry. Limit one entry per person. Entrants must be the property owner. All decisions are final.

In order to win, all plumbing connected to the water heater unit must be up to plumbing code, and Seiter Services reserves the right to refuse to install the new heater if any code violations are present. Any updates or installations that must be completed in order to bring your heater unit up to code are not covered as a part of this contest, and will be the customer’s financial responsibility.
